1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or playing 38NIL (the "Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use or access the Game.
2. Description of Service
38NIL is a free, fan-made interactive football simulation game designed for entertainment purposes only. The Game allows users to draft simulated player cards, construct tactical squads, and simulate fixtures.
3. Manager Accounts & Authentication
We use secure, passwordless authentication (WebAuthn / Passkeys) to identify your manager profile. Passkey data is held securely on your device, and only public key information is sent to our servers to verify your identity. You are responsible for safeguarding your login keys.
4. Intellectual Property
All code, design systems, layouts, logos, and gameplay mechanics of 38NIL are the property of 38NIL. Player names, statistics, images, and team representations are utilized under Fair Use guidelines for statistical simulation (refer to our Disclaimer page for more info).
5. Prohibited Conduct
Users agree not to exploit bugs, disrupt database services, run automated scrapers on leaderboard APIs, or modify client-side stores to artificially inflate campaign points or match standings.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Game is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind. 38NIL does not guarantee uninterrupted service and is not liable for data loss, server interruptions, or the loss of local draft progress saved in browser memory.
